We breed and rear healthy, contented livestock, including a unique herd of heritage Aberdeen Angus cattle, organic Large Black, Large White and Medam pigs and rare, native breeds of sheep.
Our Red and Roe Deer, partridge, pheasant and duck live wild in the woodlands at Eversfield and our organic free-range poultry is reared by a neighbouring organic farm to our exacting standards.
